正交实验法优化二氧化碳超临界流体萃取茯苓多糖工艺参数 被引量:29

摘要 目的优选二氧化碳超临界流体(CO2-SFE)萃取茯苓多糖工艺参数。方法以茯苓多糖为评价指标,采用正交实验法对CO2-SFE萃取茯苓多糖提取工艺进行优选。结果最佳提取工艺条件为:温度35℃,压强20MPa,夹带剂(水)用量0.4ml/g,萃取4.0h。结论优选出的工艺科学合理。 Objective To optimize the CO2 - SFE process of pachyman in Poria cocos ( Schw. ) wolf. Methods The orthogonal test was used to optimize CO2 - SFE process of pachyman in poriacocos ( Schw. ) wolf with the rate of pachyman in poriacocos (Schw.) wolf as index. Results The optimal extraction procedure was as follows: the extraction temperature was 35%, the extraction pressure was 20 MPa, the content of chemical preparation was 0. 4 ml/g and the extraction time was 40 h. Conclusion The optimum extraction procedure is reasonable and stable.
