摘要 目的研究糯稻根的化学成分。方法用乙醇提取,经离子交换和聚酰胺柱分离纯化。结果经化学、TLC和波谱学方法进行结构鉴定,确定为16种氨基酸,两种糖及黄酮类成分。结论以上16种氨基酸,两种糖及黄酮类成分均首次从该植物根中得到。 Objective To study the chemical compositions in Oryza Sativa L. root. Methods The Oryza sativa L. root was extracted with ethanol and the chemical constituents of the extract were isolated and purified on ion exchange chromatography and polymide column. Results The chemical, TLC and spectral methods were used to determine the structures of the isolated compounds. 16 kinds of amino acids, 2 kinds of sugar and flavonoid compositions were confirmed. Conclusion 16 kinds of amino acids, 2 kinds of sugar and flavonoid compositions mentioned above are gotten from the plant's root for the first time.
