高效毛细管电泳法在十字花科药用植物化学分类研究中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究十字花科药用植物的化学分类。方法利用高效毛细管电泳法(HPCE)分析十字花科植物中化学成分(主要是以黄酮类成分为依据)的差异。结果所研究材料不同种属间电泳图谱存在或多或少差异,可以初步判断其亲缘关系的远近。结论HPCE法可以为解决十字花科植物分类中出现的某些争议提供佐证,还可为十字花科药用植物资源开发提供科学依据。 Objective To study the plant chemotaxonomy of Brassicaceae. Methods High - performance capillary electrophoresis was used to analyze the chemical composition of Brassicaceae (mainly flavonoids basis). Results The electrophoregrams of the studied species had more or less difference, so it could determine the relationship of different species in Brassicaceae. Conclusion By using HPCE, we can provide evidence for solving some disputes in the classification of Brassicaceae and exploitation of new medicinal resources in Brassicaceae.
