摘要
目的建立石榴的质量控制标准。方法采用薄层色谱法对石榴有效成分没食子酸进行定性分析;采用高效液相色谱法测定石榴中没食子酸含量。结果石榴供试品与对照品色谱相应的位置上,显相同颜色的斑点;没食子酸的浓度在4.62~23.10μg·ml^-1范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9998),平均回收率98.19%(RSD=1.68%)。结论该方法灵敏,准确可靠,重复性好,可作为石榴质量控制的方法。
Objective To establish the qualitative control methods for Pomegranate. Methods The thin layer chromatographic method was used for identification of gallic acid in pomegranate , and the high performance liquid chromatographic method was used for assay. Results Pomegranate for sample and reference substance showed the same color dot in corresponding chromatograph position . The standard curve showed a good linear relationship within the range of 4.62 -23.10μg · ml^-1. The average recovery was 98.19% with the RSD of 1.68%. Conclusion The methods are sensitive and reliable , and can be used to control the quality of the pomegranate.
