摘要
目的探讨大蒜总糖的水分测定方法。方法分别用直接干燥法、减压干燥法、甲苯蒸馏法、海砂拌样减压干燥法测定大蒜总糖的水分,从中选择合适的测定方法。结果直接干燥法、减压干燥法测定耗时长。甲苯蒸馏法测定时,样品易高温下脱水碳化。而采用海砂拌样减压干燥法适合大蒜总糖的水分检测。结论采用海砂拌样减压干燥法简便、易行、实用,适用大蒜总糖样品的分析。
Objective To approach a moisture detecting method in garlic total sugar. Methods The direct drying method, vacuum drying method, distillation method with toluene, drying method which uses sea sand to deal with samples were applied to measure the moisture content of the garlic total sugar separately , then the right method was chosen from these methods for determination. Results Direct drying method and vacuum drying method consumed long time. The sample was carbonized easily and lost the moisture content at the high temperature during the measurement process by distillation method with toluene . But drying method which uses sea sand to deal with samples could be successfully used for determination in vacuum. Conclusion Drying method which uses sea sand to deal with samples is simple and practicable, can be used for the moisture determination of the garlic total sugar samples.
