远志种子萌发特性的研究

Seed Germination Characteristic of Radix polygalae

目的研究温度、浸种时间、光照及贮藏条件对远志种子萌发的影响。方法采用常规方法主要对远志种子的萌发条件和贮藏特性进行初步研究。结果远志种子在15～40％均能萌发，萌发的适宜温度是25～30℃，萌发时不需光，播前用杀菌剂溶液浸种3～12h，可防除霉菌提高种子的出苗率；远志种子在-13℃条件下贮藏效果比较好，有利于延长种子寿命。结论该研究可为远志种子质量检测及基地生产提供技术支持。

Objective To study the effects of temperature, soaking time,light and storage on germination of seeds. Methods The conditions of germination and storage of Polygala tenuifolia seeds were mainly investigated by widely used methods. Results 1 ） The seeds could germinate in a wide range of temperatures from 15 to 40℃, the suitable temperature was 25 - 30℃ and their germination didn1 require light ;2）That could prevent mold and raise seedling survival rate by soaking the seeds for 3 - 12 h in a solution water of germicid before seeding ;3） the storage effect was better at - 13 ℃ than others and it could prolong the seeds＇life. Conclusion The study car, provide reference the test of seeds＇ quality and the production of Radix Polygalae.
