复方红景天口服液的指纹图谱测定方法研究

HPLC Fingerprint of Compound Oral Liquid of Rhodiola

目的研究复方红景天口服液的HPLC指纹图谱的测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法,色谱柱:Diamo-sil C18(200mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-0.07%磷酸水溶液(梯度洗脱),柱温30℃,检测波长:223nm,分析时间55min,流速1ml·min-1。结果标示出复方红景天口服液23个共有峰。结论该法测定的HPLC指纹图谱为复方红景天口服液的质量控制提供了更全面的信息。

Objective To establish an RP - HPLC method for determination of the fingerprint of Compound Oral Liquid of Rhodiola. Methods Chromatographic conditions included a column of Diamosil C18 （200 mm ×4.6 mm, 5 μm） and the mobile phase consisted of a mixture of acetonitrile - water（ gradient elution） , the detection wavelength at 223 nm, and the mobile phase flow rate was 1.0 ml · min^-1. Results 23 peaks existed in the HPLC fingerprint of Compound Oral Liquid of Rhodiola. Conclusion The method can provide more information for the quality control of Compound Oral Liquid of Rhodiola.
