钢丝网架水泥聚苯板承重建筑设计技术研究 被引量:5

摘要 通过对嘉兴市墙体材料改革示范房的设计,进行了钢丝网架水泥聚苯乙烯夹芯板承重建筑的竖向构件、水平构件、整体构件和构造节点的研究,并经二次现场足尺模型试验验证,采用夹芯板可以建造二、三层住宅建筑的内外墙身、楼屋面板以及楼梯。这种轻型节能建筑,按使用面积计算的造价和砖混建筑接近,在江浙一带乃至全国农村建房中有着广阔的发展前景。 From the example building design with reformed wall materials in Jiaxing, a research is carried out on the vertical and horizontal fittings, overall fittings and structure joints for steel wire web cement polystyrene sandwich board in the load bearing buildings, and together with relevant experiment of a second same proportion model at site prove that residential buildings of two or three stories can be built with the sandwich board as the interior and exterior walls, floors and stairs. The cost of this kind of light energy saving material calculated as using area is similar with the brick and concrete buildings. The board is having a wide prospect in rural areas of Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces or even of the whole country.
