当今社会正处于信息化时代,计算机、网络等渗透到生活、工作的各个层面。本文借助于计算机和网络等设备、设施,改进现行船员适任评估方式,克服其中的缺陷和不足,更加客观公正地评价船员实际操作技能,从而促进船员素质的全面提高。
Today＇s society is in the era of information. Computers and networks infiltrate into the life everyday and all kinds of work. Competency assessment mode for seafarer based on network is a more objective and impartial assessment method,which overcomes the shortcomings of the existing seafarer competency assessment method through computers and networks. Thereby it can promote the quality of the crew effectively.
