摘要
在浙江甬台温铁路乐清车站软基处理中,水泥搅拌桩作为其中一种桩基处理地基的方法,是利用水泥作为固化剂,通过特制深层搅拌机械,在地基深处就地将原状软土和水泥强制搅拌,经过物理化学作用生成一种特殊的、具有较高强度、较好变形特性和水稳性的混合柱体,从而提高软土地基承载力、减少地基承降,达到加固地基的目的。
Cement mixing piles are used to consolidate the soft ground of Leqing station on Yong-Tai-Wen railway in Zhejiang, China. For cement mixing piles, cement is used as consolidation agent and the in-situ soft soil and the cement are forcefully mixed at depth by tailor-made deep mixing machines. Due to the physical and chemical actions, a kind of special mixed column body, which has high strength, good deformation performance and good water-related stability, formed so as to improve the beating capacity of the soft ground and to minimize the ground settlement. In this way, the aim of ground consolidation is achieved. The construction technology for the mixing piles is presented in the paper.
