摘要
采用HPLC梯度洗脱法测定花菜中的8种水溶性维生素成分和含量,结果表明:样品经Cosmosil C_(18)柱分离,使用紫外检测器(波长254 nm),流动相为甲醇与0.1 mol/L NaAc-HAc缓冲液(0.02%三乙胺,pH=4.25)混合,梯度洗脱,样品中8种水溶性维生素得到良好分离,其中8种水溶性维生素标准曲线相关系数达0.995以上,平均回收率为86.5~99.8%,变异系数RSD<4.93%。
A HPLC Gradient Elution Method with UV detector was established, to determine eight water - soluble Vitamins in Cauliflower. The ehromatograrnphic conditions were Cosrnosil C18 (4.6mm i. d 250mm, 5μm) used for column( at 35℃ )with methanol and 0.1 mol · L ^-1 NaAc - HAc buffer (0.02% triethylamine pH4.25 ) as mobile phase, and Gradient Elution, detector UV - 254nm. The correlation coefficients of the calibration graphs were 0. 995 - 0. 999. The recoveries were 86.5 % - 99.8% , RSD 〈 4.93%.
