摘要
探讨了气相色谱法测定熏蒸处理过程中溴甲烷浓度的检测方法。采用GC-5000A Propark Q(80-100目)填充柱,进样口150℃,柱温120℃,检测器150℃,柱长1m。本方法在1-100g/m^3范围时成良好的线性关系。比较了采用自动采样分析系统前后及两个采样通道间的差异,确定最佳采样时长为30s。该方法简单、灵敏、准确,满足了熏蒸过程中对溴甲烷浓度进行实时检测的要求。
The method of determination of methyl bromide in fumigation progress was developed by GC 5000 A. Propark Q(80- 100) packed column was used for separation. The inlet temperature was 150℃, the column temperature was 120℃ ,and the detector 150℃. The length of the column was lm. Linear plots were obtained in range of 1 - 100 g/m^3. The differences between the two sampling passage after the use of autosampling system were checked. The best sampling time was 30s. The method was shown to be simple, sensitive and precise, so it can satisfy the demand of real time determination of methyl bromide.
