摘要
分别对正常状态,癫痫状态以及癫痫状态注射褪黑素后三种wistar大鼠的大脑皮质上清液样品进行了荧光光谱分析。研究表明三种样品的荧光光谱特征峰分别为342nm、394nm及344nm。癫痫状态与另两种状态wistar大鼠试样的荧光光谱曲线有明显的区别;癫痫状态wistar大鼠在注射褪黑素后的试样与正常状态wistar大鼠的试样,荧光光谱曲线基本一致。研究证明褪黑素对癫痫病有一定的抑制作用。
Three kinds of wistar mice cerebrum cortex supernatant samples which are normal mice, epilepsy mice and mice injected with melatonin, are tested based on the fluorescence spectrum analysis. The results indicates that the character peacks of the fluorescence spectra of the three samples are 342nm.394nm and 344nm respectively. The fluorescence spectrum of the mice on epilepsy state are greatly different from those of the other two kinds; the fluorescence spectrum of the normal mice sample is almost same with that of the epilepsy mice injected with melatonin. It is been proved that epilepsy can inhibit by the melatonin.
