摘要
宁夏大坝发电有限责任公司220 kV变电站主接线采用三母线带旁母的接线方式,因其特殊的接线方式,联络变压器高压侧和中压侧的任一开关失灵时,都要求其失灵出口跳三侧开关。而BP-2B母线差动保护装置根据其失灵保护逻辑,当联变中压侧开关失灵时,只是跳开该开关连接的母线上的其它开关,而无法实现跳联变高压侧和低压侧开关的功能。为此,该文通过一系列试验方法的论证,明确了问题的存在,然后通过改进措施,完善了BP-2B母线差动保护装置中失灵保护的逻辑,实现了联变中压侧开关失灵出口跳三侧的功能。
The 220 kV substation of Daba Power Generation Co.,Ltd in Ningxia adopts busbar connection mode of 3 bus &1 bypass bus.As a switch at the side of the middle voltage or high voltage of contact transformer is out of order,these switches at all sides must trip by breaker failure protection device.According to the protection logic of BP-2B bus differential protection device,once the switch at the side of the middle voltage of contact transformer is out of order,only other switches which connect to this one by bus should be tripped.The function to trip switch at the side of high voltage and low voltage of contact transformer can not be achieved.For this reason,this paper makes clear the problems,improves the failure protection logic of BP-2B bus differential protection device,and achieves the function to trip all sides of contact transformer when side of the middle voltage of contact transformer is out of order.
