摘要
胜任特征是影响师范专业班团干部工作绩效的重要因素。通过行为事件访谈等方法获取师范专业班团干部胜任特征主要包括积极进取等17项因子。通过实验得出结论:经过胜任特征专题培训,师范专业班团干部胜任特征是可以得到提高的,有些因子甚至出现了显著或极其显著差异;但实验结果也提醒我们,胜任特征提高的过程是比较缓慢的。作为班主任应该树立长期、多途径培养的观念。
Competency is an important factor in impacting the work efficiency of the cadres of class and league committee in normal schools. Through BEI and other ways, we learn that the cadres' competency model in normal schools should mainly be consisted of 17 items, liking as up - and - coming. And conclusion of experiment: By special training, the cadres' competencies can be improved, while some factors even occurs obvious or extremely obvious difference, but at the same time the experiment result also reminds us that the improving process of cadres competency is quite slowly. As a result, head - teachers should build up an idea of long - term and diversified training.
