浅谈大学生自主创业的利弊

Analyzing and Strategies to Autonomous Undertaking of the University Students

目前,大学生就业难与高校招生规模不断扩大形成了鲜明对比。针对日益严峻的大学生就业问题,变被动就业为自主创业是大势所趋。本文剖析了大学生自主创业的社会背景、利弊条件、所要面临的困难并提出建议,旨在使大学生更好地了解何谓"自主创业",是否适合自主创业,及自主创业的前期准备。

at present,there is apparent contrast between the obtaining jobs of the college students and increasing scope of enrolling students of the universities.It is a great trend that changing passive obtaining jobs into positive autonomous undertaking for the more and more serious problem of college students＇ obtaining jobs.In order to let the students know about what it is ＂autonomous undertaking＂,whether they are fitting for autonomous undertaking and the advanced prepare,this paper analyzed and gave suggestion on social background,advantages and disadvantages,and the difficulties ahead.
