摘要
结合我国国内首台热壁加氢反应器的试制工作,较详细地阐述了热壁加氢反应器制造过程中防腐层堆焊时需注意的问题,对堆焊前的准备、焊接工艺评定、堆焊材料的选择、堆焊工艺的制定及堆焊层的检验等均做了分析和论述。
This article particularly describes the attention issues when overlaying is performed on corrosion—resistance layer of hot wall hydro- genation reactor during its manufacture.In addi- tional,the preparation for overlaying welding, the evaluation of welding technique,selection of overlaying material,determination of overlaying technique and examination of the overlaying welding are analyzed and discussed.
