摘要
文章针对石油化工企业目前的设备管理现状,在肯定成绩的基础上,针对存在的问题和困难,提出强化精细管理,有针对性地提出一些适合石化企业设备管理的方法和思路,以全面提升设备管理水平。
This article,on the basis of affirming the achievements,proposes to strengthen fine management,some management approaches and considerations for the equipment management of the petrochemical enterprises so as to enhance e- quipment management level comprehensively based on present situation of equipment manage- ment,the existing problems and difficulties in the petrochemical enterprises.
