摘要
伴随着我国石化装置向大型化发展,同轴式沉降再生器的大型化趋势更为明显。因受到运输等条件限制,同轴式沉降再生器工厂预制深度逐步降低,现场组焊工作量逐步加大。文章对现场分段预制的方法、需要严格控制的几何尺寸及检验方法做了较详细地叙述。
With the recent development of large -scaled petrochemical plants in China,the size of coaxial settler regenerator is obviously combi- native enlarged.Owing to the transportation lim- itation,less and less coaxial settler regenerator is prefabricated in workshop,and more and more ones are assembly welded on the jobsite.In this case,more strict control is required for geometric dimensions of assemble welding on jobsite.
