微波辐射下鼻甲治疗慢性肥大性鼻炎88例报告

Treatment of Chronic Hypertrophic Rhinitis in 88 Cases by Irradiate Concha Nasalis Inferior with Microwave.

目的 探讨比较慢性肥大性鼻炎的治疗。方法 用微波辐射下鼻甲治疗慢性肥大性鼻炎。结果 本组88例治愈82例占93．8％，好转4例占4．54％，无效2例占2．27％，总有效率占97．73％。结论 微波辐射下鼻甲治疗慢性肥大性鼻炎疗效可靠、费用低、易推广。

Objective To explore the treatment of chronic hypertrophic rhiitis. Method We use microwave by irradiate concha nasalis inferior to treat chronic hypertrophic rhinitis. Result The recovery rate is 93.8% , improvement rate is 4.54% ,ineffective rate is 2.27%, the total effective rate is 97.73%. Conclusion This therapy is characterized by reliable effective ,less cost and easy for application.
