辛伐他汀与血脂康治疗高脂血症疗效对比观察

Therapeutic efficacy of Simvastatin and Xuezhikang in treatment of hyperlipidemia

目的评价辛伐他汀与血脂康治疗高脂血症的疗效。方法136例患者随机分为两组，A组66例，予辛伐他汀，10mg、qd；B组70例，予血脂康，0．6g bid。治疗8周后观察疗效和不良反应。结果辛伐他汀组与血脂康组在降低总胆固醇，低密度脂蛋白，甘油三脂及升高高密度脂蛋白的疗效相似（P〉0．05）。结论辛伐他汀与血脂康在治疗高脂血症的疗效相似，均可用于高脂血症的治疗。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of simvastatin Xuezhikang in treatment of hyperlipidemic patients. Methods One hundred and thirty - six patients were enrolled in this study . These patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, one with Simvastatin 10mg/d for 8 weeks in 66 cases, the other with Xuezhikan 0.6g/d for 8weeks in70 cases. To evaluate the efficacy of simvastatin Xuezhikang in treatment of hyperlipidemic patients AfierSweeks. Results The decrease of TC, LDL - C,TG and iecrease of HDL - C in simvastatin group were the same as in Xuezhikang group（ P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion simvastatin in reactions of TC, LDL- C ,TG and HDL- C is same as Xuezhikang, simvastatin and Xuezhikang can he used in hyperlipidemic patients.
