摘要
目的分析语言艺术在护理工作中的作用。方法通过有声语言，包括礼貌性语言、针对性语言、安慰性语言、治疗解释性语言、保护性语言和无声语言，包括仪表端庄、护理操作的准确性及辅助语言。结果语言可以治病，也可以致病。
Objective To analyze the effectiveness of language art in nursing work. This article emphasizes the importance of language art in nursing work. Method Through the inquiry into using vocal language which including polite language ,pertinency language , comfortable language , healing language , protective language , and soundless language which including dignified appearance , accurate nursing operationg and adjunctive language . Result Language may treat disease as well as sufferings to patients.
