针刺对脑出血大鼠兴奋性氨基酸含量影响的研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨头穴针刺对脑出血大鼠兴奋性氨基酸含量的影响。方法选取健康雄性Wistar大鼠160只,随机分为脑出血组,脑出血+针刺组(简称针刺组),脑出血+脑复康组(简称脑复康组),每组又分为术后6h、1d、2d、3d、7d三个时相点,每个时相点10只大鼠,另设空白对照组10只大鼠,制备脑出血大鼠模型,在光镜、电镜下观察各组大鼠脑组织形态学改变。运用免疫组化的检测方法,观察不同时相点头穴针刺治疗对GLU的表达。结果针刺组大鼠GLU含量随不同时相点的变化而逐渐减少,至7d时达最低与脑出血组比较有显著性差异(P〈0.01),具有统计学意义。结论得出“百会透曲鬓”针刺治疗在脑出血急性期可以减轻脑水肿、改善缺血缺氧及保护受损伤的神经元细胞、能显著抑制脑出血后脑组织中兴奋性氨基酸含量的升高。 Objective approach the influence of scalp - acupuncture on the effect of the excitatory amino acid levels of the cerebral Hemorrhage rat. Methods Select 160healthy male Wister rats, and the rats are divided into the cerebral hemorrhage set, cerebral hemorrhage to add the acupuncture set, cerebral hemorrhage to add the western medicine set random. And each set is divided into three phase point subgroups: 6h. 1d. 2 d,3d and 7 d after intervening factors. Each phase point subgroup have 10 rats, preparing 10 rats to be used as another blank matched control set. To prepare the modle of acute cerebral hemorrhage with the method of injecting auto - arterial blood into the brain; to observe each rat brain tissue appearance and observe the change by light microscope and electron microscope ; to use the Immunohistochemical method observating dissimilarity phase point subgroup' s expression of GLU in the rat hrain tissue. Results The population of GLU is gradually decreased with the variety of phase point, and to reach the lowest at 7d. Acupuncture groups is compared with model groups, the difference is extremely significant(P 〈 0. 01 ). It has the statistical significance. Conclusions BaiHui - QuBin scalp - acupuncture therapy can relieve the cerebral edema, improve ischemia and hypoxia, and protect nerve cell , significantly attenuate the increasing of excitatory amino acid after hemorrhage.
