Clinical Analysis about 19 Cases with condyle of humerus comminuted fracture

目的探讨肱骨髁间粉碎性骨折的手术治疗疗效。方法对19例肱骨髁沟粉碎性骨的的。结果全组病例均获随诊，随诊时间10—30个月，优良率72．7％。方法可靠术后并发症少，肘关节功能恢复满意。

Objective To approach the operation treatment curative about condyle of humerus comminuted fracture effect . Method 19 patients with condyle of humerus comminuted fracture were treated with fixed by crossing Kirschner wire and double tensile force bands. Result All cases get follow - up,time of follow -up about 10 -30 months ,fineness rate is about 72.7% . The method is reliable ,postoperative complications is few,functional rehabilitation of elbow joint is satisfactory.
