锁骨骨折术后内固定物脱落松动原因分析

Cause Analysis of the Internal Fixation Instrument Fall Off and Loose after Clavicular Fracture Operation

目的分析锁骨骨折术后内固定物脱落松动原因，探讨锁骨骨折内固定方法。方法收集自1992—2006年锁骨骨折切开复位内固定术后内固定物脱落松动病人32例，回顾分析各种内固定物脱落松动原因。结果发生内固定物脱落松动病例中骨园针24例，占75％；钢板8例，发生率25％。结论慎重选择锁骨骨折手术指征，合理选择及正确使用各种内固定材料。

Objective To analyze the reason of the internal fixation instrument fall off and loose after clavicular fracture operation and explore the approach of internal fixation. Method From 1992 to 2006 ,we collect 32 cases of clavicular fracture with implant fall off and loose after open reduction and internal fixation operation . Analyze the fall off and loose causes of various internal fixation instruments. Result In these following up cases , Park Bone needle was found 24 cases （75%） ,Steel plate was 8 cases ,the incidence rate was 25%. Conclusion In choosing surgery indications must be careful ,and can be a reasonable choice and the proper use of various internal fixation materials .
