提高东鞍山烧结厂二段分级效率的试验研究

摘要 以东鞍山红矿为原料,研究了水力旋流器结构参数对分级过程的影响。优化选择了125mm水力旋流器的结构参数,获得了水力旋流器溢流中-200目含量达95%、分级量效率超过80%、分级质效率最高可达75%以上的良好分级指标。分级效率的提高,可减少因合格粒级返回球磨机而产生的过粉碎,为改善后续选别作业的效果创造了条件。 The effect of the hydrocyclone structural parameters on the classification process was studied with Donganshan hematite ore as the raw material.The structural parameters of 125mm hydrocyclones were optimized and good classificatoin performances were achieved.The -200mesh content in hydrocyclone overflow reached 95%,the quantity efficiency of the classification was over 80% and the quality efficiency was up to over 75%.The improvement of the classification efficiency can reduce the overgrinding due to the recirculation of the undersize fraction to the ball mill.As a result,good conditions can be created for improving the separation performances of the downstream operation.
