The Tailings Reconcentration Plant of Nanfen Concentrator adopts a self recirculation low intensity magnetic separation flowsheet of the primary concentration by HS magnetic separator,the primary concentrates regrinding and reconcentration and the fine screening.Several years' production practice has shown that this tailings reconcentration technology can obtain a low phosphorous,low sulphur iron concentrate with a grade of 64.53% and an iron recovery of 7.56%,which has brought remarkable economical and social benefits.
