The teacher interpersonal relationship is affects the teacher professional point of view the important attribute, this article tries from the independent institute teacher interpersonal relationship angle to discuss the independent institute teacher＇s professional point of view, and puts forward the improvement independent institute teacher interpersonal relationship proposal and the countermeasures.
