MES Systems Based on Browser/Server Architecture Mode

摘要 为了解决某轮胎企业管理中存在控制系统孤立的问题,在企业原有的生产过程控制系统基础上设计了基于B/S体系结构的MES系统,并在系统中利用Hibernate技术实现数据对象的持久化,有效地避免了采用传统方法带来的软件系统风险。研究结果表明,该系统能在企业内部的信息化系统与过程控制系统传送信息,优化从订单开始到产品制成的整个生产过程,有效规范管理制度,提高管理和决策效率,从而更好地满足轮胎企业的需求。 To solve the problem of control system isolation in the management of a tire enterprise,MES system based on B/S system structure is designed on the foundation of previous enterprise producing process control system.And the data persistence is realized by using Hibernate technique to avoid soft ware risk of traditional method.The research results show that the proposed system can propagate the information between inner information system and control system,optimize the whole producing process from order to product,standardize supervisory system effectively,and improve management and decision-making efficiency.The requirements of tire enterprise are satisfied.
