城市轨道交通运营控制中心设置研究

On the Distribution of Operation Control Centers for Metro Network

轨道交通运营控制中心的设置、功能定位等,将直接影响城市轨道交通路网规划的实施,并将对今后的运营管理产生重大影响。城市轨道交通运营控制中心根据其控制范围不同,分为集中式、分散式和区域式等三类。借鉴轨道交通发达城市的成功经验,结合轨道交通路网规划,从工程建设和运营管理两方面对运营控制中心的不同设置方案进行比选。以广州地铁运输调度工作为例,对线网调度指挥中心的功能定位、运营管理功能需求等进行分析,提出较为优化的方案。

The distribution of operation control centers （OCC） has a significant impact on metro network planning and long-term operational management. Through indroducing the successful experiences of the developed countried on metro network planning, this paper compares different distributions of OCC from their functions and operational management requirements based on the principles of techno-economic comparative study, and raises some optimum programs.
