摘要 瑞芬太尼(麻醉辅助药)是选择性μ阿片受体激动剂,是一种高强度、超短效的镇痛药;且有镇静、催眠和降低手术刺激引起的血液动力学反应和躯体反应,是外科手术诱导和维持平衡麻醉辅助用药的首选药物。瑞芬太尼静脉注射后,迅速分布到全身,在外周组织不发生累积;瑞芬太尼可被血液和组织中的非特异性酯酶水解成几乎没有药理活性的羧酸代谢物。
