摘要
主要对齐大山铁矿选矿分厂浮选尾矿品位升高原因进行分析,并对降低浮选尾矿品位、提高金属回收率进行试验研究。研究表明,强磁选精矿采用细筛-脱泥-重选流程既能稳定浮选质量,又能达到降低浮选尾矿品位。
The analysis was made of the causes for the grade rise of the flotation tailings of Qidanshan Mine" concentrator and tests were made on reducing the grade of the flotation railings and improving the metal recovery. The results show that the treatment of the concentrate of high intensity magnetic separation by a process consisting of fine screening, desliming and gravity separation can not only stabilize the flotation performance but also reduce the grade of the flotation railings.
