摘要
在分析大孤山选矿厂三选车间入选矿石性质、原矿磁性特征及磨矿粒度特征的基础上,系统地分析了工艺流程一段磨矿分级、二段磨矿分级、一次磁选、一次脱水槽、二次磁选、细筛再磨、过滤前选别、供水系统的现状及存在的问题,提出了改进操作方法、完善工艺流程、改进磨矿选别设备和提高精矿品位的措施。
Based on the analysis of the ore properties, magnetic characteristics of ROM ore and grinding size characteristics of the feed to No. 3 Separation Workshop of Dagushan Concentrator,a systematic analysis is made of the status quo and the existing problems in the technical flowshect including the primary grinding and classification, secondary grinding and classification, magnetic separation, primary dewatering tank, secondary magnetic separation, fine screening and re-concentration, concentration before the filtration, and the water supplying system. Measures are then suggested for improving the operation method ,the operation process ,the equipment for grinding and concentration and the concentrate grade.
