摘要
总结多年来国内外水采井区特别是厚煤层高产井区,正反两个方面的实践经验和体会,并参照旱采机械化采煤工作面的一些做法,对我国水采倾斜、缓倾斜厚及特厚煤层采掘工作面的瓦斯通风治理提出了以下几条措施:选择适合的采煤方法,合理确定工作面参数;适当加大巷道断面,以风保产,以风定产;回采头必要时采用局扇进行压入式辅助供风;因地制宜,沿顶加开上回风巷道;强化抽排采空区游离瓦斯;合理控制水枪操作,尽量减少采垛出煤的不均衡性;加强现场通风管理,严格瓦斯监测等。
Based on both Positive and negative experience gained in domestic and overseas coal mines, especially in high-output mines working thick seams, and by reference to the practice adopted in mechanized mines, the following measures for effectively tackling the ventilation problems are proposed: selection of appropriate mining method;optimum selection of face parameters, appropriate enlargement of headings section;to provide auxiliary forced ventilation with local fan for working face when necessary ;driving additional upcast workings along roof for intensive drainage of free gas in worked-out area ;optimum control of operation of monitor to reduce to a minimum imbalanced mining of coal blocks, amd stringent gas monitoring work.
