大型静压轴承工作状态的数值模拟

摘要 用有限元法求解简化的雷诺方程,建立了静压轴承的有限元模型,利用APDL计算出了在满足承载能力的条件下油腔内所需的压力和流量,得出了润滑油流经轴承的压力和速度的分布规律。在此基础上分析了油腔偏位角、半径间隙、润滑油粘度等影响因素与流量和油膜的承载能力的关系,为静压轴承供油系统的设计提供了依据。 A finite element model for hydrostatic bearing is established by solving the simplified N-S equation by finite element method. The pressure and flow rate needed in the oil chamber for satisfying the bearing capacity is calculated by APDL and the distribution law of the pressure and velocity of the lubrication oil passing through the bearing is found. Based on this,the relation between the influencing factors such as the deviation angle of oil chamber, radius gap and oil viscosity, and the flow rate and the bearing capacity of oil film is analyzed, providing a basis for the design of the oil supply system of hydraulic bearing.
