摘要
从知识经济下企业面临诸多人力资本流失的挑战出发,提出了组织资本的内涵,指出企业人力资本与组织资本互动转化的动力,分析了其互动转化的过程,构建了其互动转化的模型,设计了其互动转化的双驱模型,提出了其互动转化的双驱机制。
The paper begun with the threats of human capital drain out in enterprises based on knowledge economy. Firstly, the paper illustrated the definition of organizational capital. Then, it indicated the impetus of the mutual transformation, analyzed the process of the mutual transformation and designed the bi-motivation model of the mutual transformation. Finally, the paper put forth the hi-motivation mechanisms of the mutual transformation.
