摘要
施工项目成本控制是涉及施工生产各方面的综合性工作。本文在分析责任成本控制存在问题的基础上,从全员控制和全过程控制角度探讨了项目责任成本控制体系的建立与完善。
The cost control of construction projects is an all-around job related to every, aspect of the construction production. Based on the analysis of existing problems of the liability-cost control, this paper discusses the issues concerned including establishment and perfection of the project liability-cost control system from the views of whole-staff control and full-process control.
