通过使用Matlab编制程序控制,可得到优良的纱线性能。采用大直径针梳圈条器、低针梳牵伸和高输出速度的并条可改善纱线性能。

Optimum levels of process variables can be obtained through quality constraint of yarn properties while using the Matlab program. Higher delivery speed of draw-frame with higher toiler diameter of card in association with lower range of card draft improves yarn properties.
