在聚丙烯纺粘法非织造布生产过程中,断丝经常严重影响生产的正常进行。从原料和生产工艺的角度对断丝问题进行研究,具体内容涉及降温母粒的含量、色母粒、过滤精度、熔体温度、箱体压力、牵伸风温度和速度、单体抽吸风机的速度。

In production process of PP spunbonded nonwovens, broken fibers seriously impact on the normal production. The following questions were researched from raw materials to process, involving the proportion of cooling masterbatch, filtering accuracy, the melt temperature, pressure of spinning box, temperature and speed of wind drawing and speed of top suction wind.
