企业技术创新采纳的基本内涵及行为表现 被引量:2

摘要 企业技术创新采纳是企业做出使用一项技术创新并实现市场化目标的复杂决策过程。在这一决策过程中决策者的个体行为、决策部门及其相关部门的群体行为、企业组织层面的决策行为是决定采纳结果的关键。同时,将企业技术创新采纳内化为单个具体企业内部的决策过程,更多的关注创新技术本身、组织内部条件以及相关环境因素的影响,将更加有利于解决如何调动企业进行技术创新采纳的积极性,提升企业成为技术创新主体的问题。
