组织责任与组织公民行为之间关系的实证研究——以高科技生物制药行业为例 被引量:3

摘要 本研究考察了我国高科技生物制药企业中的组织责任与员工组织公民行为间的影响关系。研究表明,组织责任除了体现为物质激励水平外,还包括组织为员工提供的环境支持水平,以及更多的发展机会和更宽阔的发展空间。在这一类型的企业中,员工组织公民行为的三个纬度即员工间的利他行为、员工间的和睦程度以及员工之间的协作精神与组织责任均有显著的正相关关系。
