项目的不确定性管理研究 被引量:4

摘要 本文在分析了风险局限性的基础上,提出了不确定性的概念,并根据其来源对其进行了分类,提出了各类项目不确定性的相应对策,最后将解决项目不确定性的方法和理论系统化、概念化,提出了项目的不确定性管理理论框架。
