摘要
用脉冲反应民TPD技术研究了铁催化煤焦-CO_2气化行为,考察了铁负载量、催化剂前躯体、复合金属催化剂对催化活性的影响。并用X-射线光电子能谱(XPS)表面分析技术测定了煤焦中的铁原子的表面浓度。研究结果表明,催化剂前躯体为Fe(NO3)3时活性最高,FeSO4次之,FeCl3最小。这些影响因素主要表现在煤焦中铁的表面浓度和催化剂存在形态2个方面。TPD技术考察了气化反应过程中,煤焦表面生成了碳氧络合物。
CO2-pulsed gasification sndd temperature-programmed desorption(TPD) ex- periments of Xianfeng lignite char loaded with iron salts were carried out . The effect of iron loadings , catalyst precursors and binary catalyst on catalytic activity was studied. X-ray pho- toelectron spectroscopy (XPS) was used to measure the surface concentration of iron on chars The results show the catalytic activity of Fe (NO3)3 is highest among three different precur- sors, then that of FeSO4 is higher than FeCl3. The influencing factors lied in surface concen- tration and chemical forms of iron. From TPD studies , surface oxygen complexes (SOC) formed during gasification process were varified.
