扶正消瘤汤对乳腺癌患者生存质量及免疫功能影响临床研究

目的:观察扶正消瘤汤对乳腺癌患者生存质量及免疫功能的影响。方法:治疗组35例用扶正消瘤汤治疗,对照组35例不用中药治疗。采用乳腺癌生存质量量表FACT-B(4.0)中文版评定疗后与疗前及对照组的生存质量,观察治疗组治疗前后及对照组外周血T淋巴细胞亚群情况。结果:治疗组治疗后生理状况、乳腺癌特异条目、生存质量评价总分较治疗前均有较明显改善(P<0.05),与对照组比较也有显著性差异(P<0.05),社会家庭情况、功能状况改善不明显(P>0.05)。CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+较治疗前均有改善(P<0.05),与对照组比较也有显著性差异(P<0.05),NK、CD8+细胞改善不明显(P>0.05)。结论:扶正消瘤汤能提高乳腺癌患者生存质量和细胞免疫功能。

Objective-To observe the effects of the soup of strengthening body resistance and slaking tumor on health - related quality of life（QOL） and cell immunofunction in patients of breast cancer Method： 70 patients of breast cancer was stochastically divide into two groups 35 patients was treated by soup of strengthening body resistance and slaking tumor （therapy group）, as control, 35 patients wasn t treated by Chinese mterial medicine （ control group ）. To measure the change of （QOL） with FACT- B questionnaire Chinese version 4.0 before therapy, after therapy and control group. Also the peripheral blood samples were evaluated with the flow cytometry for T - lymphocyte subsets Result ： Comparing to before therapy and control, functions of physiology, special entry of breast cancer, whole health - related quality of life was comparatively improved （ P 〈 0.05 ） after therapy, body function and social function wasnt improved （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The level of CD3 ＋ , CD4 ＋ , CD4 ＋/CD8 ＋ was improved compared wih before therapy and control（ P 〈 0.05 ） ,The level of CD8 ＋ and NK cell wasn＇t improved（P 〉0.05）. Conclusion： the soup of strengthening body resistance and slaking tumor can improve QOL and cell immunofunction of breast cancer patients.
