补阳还五汤治疗神经性耳鸣疗效观察

Observation of Therapeutic Effect on Nervous Tinnitus Treated by Tonify the Yang to Restore Five Decoction

目的:观察补阳还五汤治疗神经性耳鸣的临床疗效。方法:治疗组30例用补阳还五汤,对照组30例用低分子右旋糖酐及丹参片治疗。结果:治疗15天后,总有效率治疗组93.3%、对照组73.3%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:补阳还五汤治疗神经性耳鸣疗效较满意。

Objective ：To observe the therapeutic effect of Tonify the Yang to Restore Five[Tenths] Decoction in treating nervous tinnitus. Method： 30 cases were treated with Tonify the Yang to Restore Five [ Tenths] Decoction as the treatment group while 30 cases were treated with low molecular dextran and Salvia Tablets as the control group. Result： The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3 % while that of the control group was 73.3%. There was very significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Tonify the Yang to Restore Five [Tenths] Decoction has satisfactory effect on nervous tinnitus.
