一种制导炸弹控制系统半实物仿真的正交试验分析

Analysis of a Hardware-in-the-loop Simulation of GB's Guidance and Control System with Orthogonal Test

在制导炸弹控制系统半实物仿真时将所有的飞行情况考核一遍的办法,试验次数繁多,且不容易实现。本文构建了制导控制系统半实物仿真平台,讨论了半实物仿真系统中的误差源,分析了影响制导控制系统精度的主要动力学因素;采用正交试验方法,设计了制导炸弹的覆盖性打靶正交试验方案;最后,给出的各组试验脱靶量和仿真曲线表明制导炸弹制导控制系统工作性能良好,为制导控制系统技术工程化提供有力的参考依据。

It is hard to make a hardware-in-the-loop simulation for a guided bomb＇s （GB＇s） control system checked in all conditions. For this reason, the hardware-in-the-loop simulation platform was built, the error source in the platform was discussed, the influence of mainly dynamic factors on the precision of the GB＇s guidance and control system was analyzed; an all-sidedly simulating experiment was made by orthogonal methods. The missdistance and simulating curves show that the guidance and control system of GB works well, which affords strong reference for proiect design of the GB＇s guidance and control system.
