湿困脾胃证动物模型的实验研究——宏观体征研究 被引量:23

摘要 目的:依据湿困脾胃的中医病因病机和临床症状,结合大鼠生物学特征,完善大鼠湿困脾胃证动物模型的造模方法,建立大鼠湿困脾胃证动物模型宏观体征的评判标准和基本生物学特征。方法:首先改进、完善湿困脾胃证模型的诊断标准和造模方法,然后通过症状体征、体重、体长、尾长、尾根直径、饮食二便量、腹围指数、自发活动次数、口腔ph值、体温等指标观察改进后的模型的宏观体征对诊断标准的符合程度。结果:本实验动物模型与湿困脾胃证诊断标准基本符合;经平胃散治疗后模型病理改变明显恢复,效果好于自然恢复组。结论:初步建立大鼠湿困脾胃证动物模型的宏观生物学特征。 Objective: To consummate the methods of making rat model, and establish the judgement standard and basieal biologi- cal character of dampness retention in the spleen and stomach by combining the biological character of the rats and the etiology, pathogenesis and clinical symptom of dampness retention in the spleen and stomach. Methods: Evalue the coincidence of macroscopic objective sign and diagnostic criteria of the post imprevemem of the model by observing the indexes of Symptom and objective sign, body weight, stem length, tail. length, tail diameter, apettie, urine and stool, abdomen circumference, spontaneous movement frequency, hydrogenion exponent ( PH ) in oral cavity, body temperature, et aL Results: The animal model was bascicly consistent with the diagnostic criteria of dampness retention in the spleen and stomach. The pathology was obviously recoved with Pingwei Powder, and the effects were better than the spontaneous recovery group. Conclusions: Having established the rudimental biological character of the rat model of dampness retention in the spleen and stomach.
