摘要
为了验证两段式软接触电磁连铸结晶器的透磁效果,测试了两段式结晶器内部的磁感应强度及弯月面高度,并与传统结品器进行比较,结果表明:(1)两段式结晶器的透磁效果随结晶器壁厚的减小而增强,当结晶器的壁厚为5mm时,两段式结晶器内部的磁感应强度比传统结晶器增大71.3%;(2)两段式结晶器内部的磁感应强度随电源功率和线圈位置的提高而增强;(3)随电源功率的增加,两段式结晶器内金属液的弯月面高度随之增大,电源功率为10、20和30 kW时对应的弯月面高度分别为2.9、4.7和8.2 mm.
In order to know the penetration of magnetic field with middle frequency in two section slitless mold for soft-contact electromagnetic continuous casting, the magnetic flux density and the height of meniscus in two-section mold were measured and compared with the conventional mold. The results are as follows: (1) The penetration of magnetic field increases with the thickness of the mold decreasing, and the magnetic flux density is improved by 71.3% than that in conventional mold when the thickness d=5 mm; (2) The penetration of magnetic field increases with the power and coil location rising; (3) The height of meniscus increased with the power increasing, for example, the heights are 2.9, 4.7 and 8.2 mm when the powers are 10, 20 and 30 kW, respectively.
