摘要 组织肾素-血管紧张素系统(RAS)在局部的功能调节中具有重要的作用。RAS的各组分在内分泌胰腺都有表达,生理情况下其不仅参与胰岛局部的血流调节,尚直接作用在胰岛内分泌细胞而影响胰岛素和其他胰岛激素的分泌。在2型糖尿病,内分泌胰腺内RAS表达和活性上调,过度激活的RAS促进了胰岛局部的氧化应激、纤维化和淀粉样蛋白沉积,而这些病理过程可同时影响β细胞量和其分泌功能。 Tissue renin-angiotensin system (RAS) plays an important role in the regulation of local functions. All the components of RAS are expressed in the endocrine pancreas. Under physiological conditions, RAS is not only involved in the regulation of local blood flow, but exerts a direct effect on the islet cells and affects the secretion of insulin and the other insular hormones as well. The expression and activity of RAS are up-regulated in type 2 diabetes mellitus, and the overactivation of RAS induces islet fibrosis, oxidative stress and amyloid deposition. All these pathological changes may affect the beta cell mass and its secretory function.
