摘要
本文在市场调研的基础上,从休闲动机与行为差异入手,分析动机产生后影响休闲活动决策的客观因素,进而分析实际休闲活动实现时存在的工作、心理、环境、社会、经济等方面的消费障碍,从根源上把握休闲动机与行为差异的原因,为休闲活动组织者清除消费障碍,提高人们的休闲质量提供方向。
There is an agreement that motivation does not always lead to specific behavior, but the researches into the inconsistency between the two, especially in the area of leisure studies, are quite scarce, The paper takes an initiative study to identify the influential factors for the discrepancy between leisure motivation and behavior, And some enlightening results are concluded.
